Yoga does not wear all the hats. Yoga was my primary physical activity for 20 years. But I am realizing that we need more and different inputs going into our brains and tissues. I need faster movement, I need resistance, I need to be outside more. All of this led me to move my own body in many more and varied ways that just yoga. I discovered that some of my nagging low back and hip pain lessened as I started lifting heavy weights, my body cycles (hunger, menstural, sleep) all regulated when I got in regular cardio. I felt more connected to the bigger picture when I spent more time outside. I realized that yoga was not enough to keep in in the quality of health I wanted to be in. . .
So, I got some more education and a few more certifications. I am now certified as a Personal Trainer and a Mobility Specialist. I am so excited by my own health and I want to help you increase yours! |

Small GroupWorking in a small group is a great way to get personal attention in a communal setting. Building community, moving your body, getting attention and education.
Current small groups: Tue 9-10 Thur 9-10 Fri 9-10 Space is limited. $99 for 5 or $75 monthly (includes initial 30min private assessment) |
OutdoorsOnce a month we go on a short hike, bring weights and set up a fun circuit course, to be in nature while nourishing our hearts and bodies with challenging and nutritious movement.
These are immediately scalable to all levels of physical fitness. This is a free (almost) weekly event. |
