As a momma, I have first hand experienced the power of prenatal yoga. It helped me connect to my body and my baby. It helped ease me through the pregnancy. I was able to be in my body and making space physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am very passionate about participating in the lives of women when they are so open, strong, vulnerable, and in such profound transition. I aim to empower women to love and trust themselves as they move through the experience of pregnancy and as they become mothers.
PRENATAL: The prenatal classes are designed to meet the ever-changing needs of women in all stages of pregnancy and beyond. The classes are appropriate for all experience levels and trimesters. These gentle classes are designed to reducing the aches and pains which accompany pregnancy, in a nurturing and supportive environment. We focus on special breathing techniques, cultivating length and strength, and preparing the body and mind for birth and motherhood.
