As a momma, I have first hand experienced the power of prenatal yoga. It helped me connect to my body and my baby. It helped ease me through the pregnancy. I was able to be in my body and making space physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am very passionate about participating in the lives of women when they are so open, strong, vulnerable, and in such profound transition. I aim to empower women to love and trust themselves as they move through the experience of pregnancy and as they become mothers.

PRENATAL:  The prenatal classes are designed to meet the ever-changing needs of women in all stages of pregnancy and beyond. The classes are appropriate for all experience levels and trimesters. These gentle classes are designed to reducing the aches and pains which accompany pregnancy, in a nurturing and supportive environment. We focus on special breathing techniques, cultivating length and strength, and preparing the body and mind for birth and motherhood.

I currently have no weekly prenatal classes.  I am thrilled to serve the prenatal community on a private client or small group basis. Contact me.

I wanted to thank you so much, your voice was the one in my head, keeping me calm, during my entire 31 hour labor! Fourth one comes faster… Yeah right! More than double as long as all my other laborers! I'm going to miss your class tremendously!  I particularly love your class because you make it so easy to adapt all the positions to my ever-changing body. Throughout taking your class I became stronger and more confident in the poses. I could do more on days that I was feeling good and less on more challenging days. I went to my 3rd or 4th prenatal yoga tonight  it is so beneficial for me! Robyn is great.  I can't recommend her enough! I am 34 weeks this week, and it is keeping me much more flexible, balanced, and I find it to be nurturing as well.  It has also helped with my various and changing aches and pains, as well as my mood. Even if you aren't an experienced yogi, this is just great for our changing bodies.  -N.L.
