An individual session is a great place to start or restart a yoga practice. Learning the basics of yoga with an observing eye and a helping hand is important. Especially if you are new to the practice, working with injuries or have a unique situation. We will work to gain deeper knowledge of your body as well as a deeper understanding of how the tradition and practice of yoga can serve you.
I am trained as a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist ( FRCms ). This is a kind of training that is especially beneficial for individuals who want to increase their flexibility or who are hyper-mobile and want to develop greater control, but really anyone who loves their joints and wants them to last a long time will benefit. Functional Range conditioning is a system that applies scientific methods to the acquisition and maintenance of Functional Mobility (joint strength and neurological control), Joint Resilience ( increase joint capacity and injury mitigation) and Joint Health and Longevity.
